We are pleased to offer the 2010 Regional HMO Report Card and the 2009 Regional Hospital Report Card. The Regional HMO Report Card presents access, service and quality data for all commercial managed care plans in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Vermont, and Rhode Island. The Regional Hospital Report Card presents quality of care,
mortality rates, length of stay and ost of care provided by hospitals in
New York, New Jersey, Vermont, Rhode Island and New Hampshire.

Each quality measures page displays a selection of data that indicates at a glance whether the organizations are performing above, at, or below average.
HMOs are measured on how good a job they do ensuring members and patients get the right care.
On pages where can make meaningful comparisons, HMOs that perform significantly better than average are marked in green. Those that under-perform are marked in red.
